After 20+ years owning and operating some of New York’s favorite neighborhood restaurants, I’ve experienced the full lifecycle - from opening to selling, and everything in between. I enjoy working with owners and their teams at every phase of the business.
Every restaurant, every founder, and every team is different - the work is tailored with that in mind. From short-term projects to full-service openings to ongoing owner advisory, you’ll be working directly with me - owner to owner. Someone who understands what it means to operate a dream, with everything on the line.
When needed, I bring in a trusted network of legal, accounting, and operational partners — a vetted group to help keep things moving.
